As the Front Desk Manager, you’re responsible for delivering a unique experience to PARISOMA’s members & broader community. You are the guardian of the PARISOMA experience in all its details. Often the first point of contact, you welcome guests & members with a high level of professionalism & care. You care about the culture, environment, and image of the company in everything you do, therefore you see this more than a job but an opportunity to influence and inspire others to a high level of standards, professionalism and collaboration.
We are looking for 2 Front Desk Managers, for 2 shifts. The first shift will be from 9am to 3pm, the second shift will be from 2pm to 9pm, Monday-Friday. Please respond with your preference.
Answer space & membership inquiries and give tours to potential members
Document, review, and orient new members on PARISOMA items and protocol
Support members in their experience and answer their daily needs
Manage mail for all members
Report weekly on membership & coordinate with the PARISOMA team
Welcome people to events & classes
Support logistic organization for events & classes
Ensure cleanliness of the space and manage cleaning services providers
Support logistics for events (close collaboration with PARISOMA Event & Class Manager)
Organize, prepare, and manage appropriate vendors to secure food and supplies for team and company meetings
Proactively organize and manage the entire space procurement process from securing equipment (in coordination with IT), keyfobs, office supplies and groceries.
Manage the different services providers on site (internet, security, etc)
Support repairs/maintenance efforts when needed; must be able to lift 25 pounds
Greeting of all office guests including candidates, representing the company well in all you do
Management and administration of phone lines, including answering of the main phone line, ensuring if you are out appropriate back up is put in place and phones are forwarded
Technophile, curious, precise, open-minded, extremely well organized and customer-service focused, the PARISOMA Front Desk Manager should have a solid tech, design & business culture, and have a deep understanding of the Bay Area startup scene as well as previous experience in project & organizational management.
