Front End Designer

Ecobold, a green products marketplace, is looking for an awesome Front End Designer for the beta release of our marketplace.
Must have photoshop and CSS knowledge. jQuery, JavaScript skills are preferred but not required.
We're currently improving a new version which has just been launched. We're currently at the Founder Institute incubator and Ecobold has been written about in several news outlets, we have great mentors working with us. We're a couple of fun, hardworking people, just like you should be! We'll stop starving in about 6 months. Compensation until then will be the best investment you'll ever make: equity.

About Ecobold: is a place for people to find fun videos of cool green products at an affordable price. We are a marketplace for safe, non-toxic, sustainable products and we highlight one product a day through a video review. Our goal is to make green products available and affordable to everyone.
Use the latest tools to build great desktop and mobile web pages
Know XHTML, CSS3, JavaScript, and AJAX in and out
Adept with web standards and cross-browser development
Author clean, standards-compliant code
Have an eye for good design
Use tools like git for revision control
Use agile methods like TDD, pair programming, and continuous deployment
You will be designing AB testing pages, creating and testing buttons, improving user experience, and maximizing space at the front page.
