Overview
Blueshift Local is seeking an experienced Front End Developer to join us in building out and launching DoTell, a brand new social business directory, in the Washington, DC area and beyond. You will be developing a consumer product that everybody and their mom will soon be using, all the while working with a great team and using cutting edge tools and techniques.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary based on your experience. We also offer health, dental, and vision care.

Responsibilities
Build clean front end code conforming to best practices
Participate in the direction, design, and implementation of the product
Work with product management, UI designers, and back-end developers
Balance code performance efficiency with development efficiency
Solve problems and fix bugs
Skills
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
Proficiency with javascript and frameworks like jQuery and Backbone.js
An eye for good design
The ability to work well with others as well as with minimal supervision
A passion for learning and pride in the work you produce
