We’re a team of full-stack developers looking for a UI dev guru. We iterate quickly, release often, and have a strong devops mentality. Our core application codebase is ~80% front-end (JavaScript), ~20% back-end (Python). We like using fun, powerful tools like MongoDB, and Solr.

Responsibilities
Work on a new product where you’ll contribute to architecture discussions, database design, and development
Be part of a collaborative, friendly, and open environment with a small team
Have a say in User Experience direction
Develop concept wireframes, prototypes, and front end production code
Work full-time in downtown Indy (remote candidates will also be considered)
Meet end users and understand their needs
Frequently interact with a cross-functional team including product management, development, infrastructure, sales, and services
Enrich the team with your knowledge and insight
Experience
You love development and learning new things
You’re motivated, talented, and spirited
You have a strong point of view, like a good argument, but listen well too
You’ve delivered awesome web apps using HTML/CSS/Javascript
You care deeply about UX because you empathize with the people who use your software
You deliver quality – because you know it’s better to do it right the first time
You take performance seriously – because you know a faster web is a better web
