Responsibilities
Execute and code designs with valid CSS3/HTML/JS
Maintain and update existing front-end components
Cross browser compliance a must
Experience with SVN and source control a must
Follow best practice development web standards and processes
Estimate project length accurately and communicate daily status with team
Clearly communicate ideas to both a technical and non-technical audience
Skills
Ability to multi-task and work on numerous projects at once
Basic hands on front-end programming HTML/XHTML, CSS (SASS+Bootstrap frameworks) and JavaScript skills combined with an eye for simplicity and user experience
Must understand and appreciate the importance of coding with web standards
Must be passionate about keeping up with industry standards, trends and technical advancements
Solid interpersonal communication skills
Design knowledge a plus
Love of electronic music and DJ culture a plus
