Assured Labor is revolutionizing the way that people in Emerging Markets find jobs. We’re building a massive web & mobile business that helps lower wage workers find work and improve their lives. The company has registered over 600,000 job seekers and 20,000 employers, and is generating revenues.
Assured Labor’s technology leverages mobile, automated voice and the web to create the world’s first recruitment platform tailored to the realities of the emerging markets.
We’re currently looking to add a talented Front-End Engineer who has a passion for designing and writing efficient, well organized, and robust code using the latest libraries and languages in an agile development process.
This is a key role for someone who wants to shape the service in a Venture funded enterprise seeking to positively impact 1 billion people globally.
Work with the CTO and other engineers to design scalable and reliable solutions
Implement major user interface features within on our web and mobile applications
Build clean, organized, and well tested code
Participate and consult on user interface design decisions
2 years of experience working on web applications with significant scale
Experience with SASS, LESS, and other JS libraries and technologies
Exposure to AngularJS and Java development is a plus
A good sense of user interface and graphic design is useful
Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is helpful, but not required
