Word-of-mouth is currently inefficient – finding the right person for a recommendation is accidental; remembering that recommendation is the exception. LoveThis makes word-of-mouth simple, quick, and efficient.

Required

Have written high quality, compliant HTML, JSON, CSS and unobtrusive JavaScript (jquery) along with cross browser debugging experience.
Have a passion for building elegant, highly responsive user experiences
Solid understanding of web application architecture, ie server side and database operations
1-3 years experience in a similar position at a rapidly evolving company.
Familiar with version control systems (git, svn)
Solid communication skills (brainstorming, design, planning).
Advocating best practices, usability, design principles and accessibility.
Some experience working using Agile methodology (scrum/kanban).

Experience with design and development for mobile web, iPhone or Android.
Experience with web frameworks, eg Ruby on Rails.
Previous experience working in a small team / startup environment
Skills to explore the boundaries of what’s possible with JavaScript
Experience with Twitter and Facebook Social Graph API.
Familiar with test automation tools.
