Responsibilities
Responsible for developing the initial Front-End and Back-End.
Critical thinker - provide alternative ideas and constructive criticism.
Very detail-oriented.
Rapid-iteration and experimentation.
Strong communication skills.
Assist in technical hiring decisions as the company grows.
Experience
Preferably prior experience scaling for significant user traffic.
Skills
Extensive skill and experience with the following:
Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript.
Back-End: PHP or Python (Django).
Database: PostgreSQL or NoSQL (Hadoop, HBase).
Education
Preferably from a top Computer Science School or 5+ years experience.
Compensation
Negotiable on a per candidate basis.
