Overview
The Fidelis Group is a stable company. We are hiring for a division of the company that has been established to build scalable web/mobile (and now tv) products.
We're currently working on a sports predictions game.
The division's goal: build simple apps (games or productivity). We don't have some grand plan on what product will be next, as we're focused on the sports prediction game at this time. Our goal is to stay on top of up and coming trends/technologies, which will dictate what comes next.
This job is perfect for someone who is looking for a stable income, while having the opportunity to work on startup type products. You will also own a large share in each product.

Responsibilities
Collaborate on strategy for various web development products
Quickly develop prototypes for refinement and iteration, implement features and upgrades
Write solid, well-documented code, run unit tests
Monitor live applications; address bugs and performance issues
Handle fast-changing requirements with a minimum of frustration
We're all about agile web development
Working with Facebook/Twitter/Google API's
Experience
3+ years experience
must have built consumer facing web apps before (github URL and portfolio)
Skills
PHP/Ruby (core)
Python (some experience)
MySQL
Javascript/Ajax
CSS/HTML
HTML5
Cloud Hosting (Amazon or others)
Mobile experience is a plus, but not required
Education
BS in Computer Science, although dropouts who love to hack are welcome to apply as well.
