Overview
You’re someone who wants to build user facing web-based products, and you want to support said products when they scale to millions of page views per month. You release often, you iterate quickly, and you love working across the entire stack from cloud based server configuration up through javascript frontend effects.
You like to code in ruby, python, or php, and you’re confident in your ability to learn any of the above should it be the best tool for the job. Optimizing database queries is second nature, but you know not to worry about the optimization until the app usage deems it necessary. You value working with smart people on hard problems. You love puzzles. You studied computer science in school, or you didn’t need to because you’ve spent enough time studying it on your own just for kicks.

Responsibilities
You'll have the opportunity to wear every hat involved in an early stage startup. This will range from contributing to product vision brainstorming sessions, defining the product, delivering well tested code, and evangelizing the company amongst the development community.
Experience
You've built consumer web applications from the ground up, and have public facing sites to show for your work.

Education
Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the demonstrated ability to deliver well architected products.
