Creating, monitoring, and managing email campaigns
Updating and organizing customer databases
Working directly with upper management and outside groups to develop and produce marketing materials, press releases, documentation, etc.
Coordination scheduling within a unified calendar for sales, tech, and upper management
Monitoring and managing our partner forum and implementing and managing various social media initiatives
Handling inbound calls for the sales team
Supporting our resale partners by providing them with necessary materials, keeping them updated with new and evolving products, scheduling technical trainings and installs, etc.
Coordinating logistics for trade shows and industry events, including: managing events calendar, booking travel, working with outside vendors, and serving as main contact for event personnel
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, personable, and able to create lasting relationships with our partners
Able to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and determine when issues need to be escalated
Self-motivated and can work independently to complete projects
