Through innovative means, our business model brings high-class brands from the cosmetic and consumer goods industry together with beauty and lifestyle product customers and enthusiasts. Whether in the form of a single, exclusively arranged box or as a monthly subscription, our customers receive individually selected samples of high-end beauty and lifestyle products– from well-known luxury brands to secret newcomer labels – delivered directly to their door. Responsibilities
The Global Head of Social Media must be a hands on strategist with a holistic 360 approach to online marketing and social media. He or she will be responsible for defining and executing GLOSSYBOX’s global social media strategy and leading a team of social media marketers in 17 countries worldwide. This role includes cultivating and managing online presence using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest as well as state-of-the-art social media channels. – The Place of Business will be Berlin, European’s Silicon Valley.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Build engagement and loyalty across online communities maximizing the potential of each channel while maintain a consistent and unified social media presence.
Act as the organizations social media expert – educating, training, socializing and reporting on how best to leverage social media to meet organizations business objectives.
Benchmark the performance of GLOSSYBOX’s overall social media program as well as individual campaigns and channels. Develop and execute plans to improve social media performance and effectiveness.
Analyze and evaluate social media trends and adjust marketing plan accordingly to best customer experience and satisfaction.
Use social media to listen to the “Voice of the Customer” and making recommendations to help drive operational improvements in the customer experience.
Lead a global team of social media experts.
Experience
Proven success in integrating social media with marketing and advertising campaigns.
Expert understanding of mainstream and emerging social media communities including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest etc. and key influencing blogs.
Skills
Skilled in creating social media campaigns that support company objectives, increase digital traffic and engagement and demonstrate return of investment.
Highly motivated with a self-starter personality and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills in persuading and collaborating with diverse, multi-functional teams.
Education
• University’s degree in business, economics, media management or an equivalent.
