Overview
A Children Music Company is seeking a Graphic Design Intern for a unique hands-on design experience developing and creating visual designs and layouts for both print and web. Candidates should have a strong desire to gain experience with an awesome young and creative company.
Responsibilities
he Graphic Design Intern will help with branding, creating signage, publications, invitations, posters, advertisements, brochures, web pages, motion graphics, curriculum layout and interactive media.
The position requires significant design, organizational, time management, communications, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a highly collaborative team environment.
Skills
Expert command of the Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to work on several projects at once
Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail and consistency
Ability to take feedback and direction
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Candidates will be a highly motivated, reliable and enthusiastic team player
Candidate must be currently enrolled in school and working towards a degree within the design field
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS, and motion graphics are a plus
Compensation
This is un-paid internship, bonus will be determined at the end of the internship.
A flexible work schedule of 15-20 hours a week for will be determined based on the applicants availability and school work load
This internship is available immediately and will last throughout the summer months
