My name is Chi, and I am the founder and creative director of a new hair cosmetics line and I am looking for a graphic designer who is up to the task of realizing the visual identity of my brand.
I am launching 6-10 products this summer and want someone to collaborate with me on graphics, typography, and illustration.
You believe design is as much innovation as it is nostalgic.
You're a collaborator whose not afraid to take a risk and lead the pack to uncertain territory.
You have some experience in visual merchandising and/ or know how to sell visually.
You're up for the challenges that come along with a new company in a saturated market.
You value purpose over popularity and won't sacrifice moral and ethics just to be seen.
You are scrappy and resourceful and know how to "make it work" even if you don't have your desired tools.
You have some experience with beauty packaging OR at least no what's wrong with most of beauty's -specifically haircare's- packaging that's on the shelf.
I value quality over quantity in respects to how long you've been a professional designer.
This will be a contract position so freelancers are welcome too.
If you're interested in finding out more about my vision for my brand and want to start a conversation about how you want to be apart of our endeavors, please send a link to your portfolio with a little bit about yourself including why this opportunity peaks your interest.
Graphics, Illustration, Typography, Packaging design
If you're one of the best, then you know what skills earned you that title.
Self-taught or traditionally trained. As long as you could put pen to paper or stylus to screen and produce what we as a team want.
