Oversee the Paid Marketing team and set initiatives especially for SEA, SEM, SEO, Affiliate and Display.
Select and coordinate agencies for our German and international offices.
Develop and own strategies that drive quality website traffic, new customer acquisition as well as retargeting strategies and a great user experience that creates conversion and upsell opportunities.
Design and extend Performance Marketing (Affiliate, Display and SEA): work with internal design and production teams to create performance-focused creative executions including performance driven copy writing and design.
Plan, evaluate and manage analytics and funnel optimization programs to increase new users, distribution, lifetime value, etc..
Manage by metrics and own full budget accountability and responsibility for all marketing activities for all our subsidiaries.
Profound experience in Tools such as Access, emarsys, evalanche and optivo.
Strong personality and willingness to succeed. A demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex projects is required.
Deep understanding of the interaction between Affiliate, Display, SEM, SEO and Social Media and consciousness of tracking.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills as well as prior experience with developing budgets and controlling costs.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to establish goals, objectives and priorities that communicate the organization’s vision.
Very good skills in English – and ideally in German. Other languages are a strong plus.
A successfully completed degree in economics, business administration or similar and several years of marketing and multi-channel marketing management experience in ecommerce based companies.
