Overview
HP OPENVIEW ANALYST
Location: Bloomington, IL
Duration: 1+ year
Looking for an individual with the following working knowledge: HP Openview Operations Manager Unix (OVO/OMU), HPUX OS shell programming experience, AIX OS shell programming experience, Perl programming.
The Individual with this knowledge will be performing the following tasks:
1. Meet with project teams to determine system monitoring requirements
2. Work with subject matter experts to resolve any questions
3. Create OVO/OMU templates and/or scripts to provide monitoring solutions
4. Test monitoring solutions to ensure they are working as designed
5. Work with ITSS (command center) on procedural and or acceptance pilots
6. Document monitoring solution in design document
7. Provide information to counterparts on service side for transition of the monitoring
