ZenPayroll is on a mission to provide delightful, modern payroll to businesses everywhere. We've built a product we're proud of and which our customers love. We're seeking an HR Manager, who will work closely with the founders on attracting and retaining the best talent to ZenPayroll. This person will be at the core of the company, wear multiple hats, and interact with everyone on the team.
At ZenPayroll, you will:
Take lead on all HR programs, with the goal of attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry. Responsibilities include screening candidates, employee onboarding, organize team events, etc.
Contribute to company operations & finance tasks, such as managing bill payment, running payroll, etc.
Manage the ZenPayroll physical office, including vendor relationships.
The ideal candidate will:
Be ambitious, driven, and hungry to have an impact on day one.
Have 2+ years experience in HR.
Have worked at a start-up previously.
Care deeply about the problem we're solving.
Be organized and able to wear multiple hats.
Have strong writing skills.
Love technology and be able to learn new tools quickly.
