Job Description: connects high quality local food vendors with companies and groups requiring catering. Featured in the New York Times, TechCrunch, and Forbes, is a Bay Area startup that connects curated food providers with individuals ordering for group meals and events. is already the largest company of its kind and is growing fast with a strong base of food partners and clients throughout San Francisco and the South Bay, NYC, Chicago and Washington DC.

We're looking for an experienced HR manager who has helped a startup scale by leading recruiting efforts across multiple cities and various roles and by creating best-in-class HR policies.

Development of best-in-class internal HR policies and procedures
Management of all internal HR issues
Lead development of training and career development procedures
Research of competitive salary and benefit packages
Leadership and coordination of all recruiting efforts for all open positions
Reporting to founders and senior managers about hiring progress/statistics
Develop hiring targets and plans for expansion
4-year college degree
3-5 years experience in HR/recruiting
Demonstrated track record of building the HR function in a growing company
Previous startup experience is a plus
