HR, Talent & Learning Member Advisor

Position Summary
Bersin & Associates’ Member Success team offers pro-active, strategic support to HR, Talent, L&D and business leaders at our member organizations. A Member Success Advisor provides a personal contact to our members , building a relationship to ensure the member organization receives full value for their investment. The successful candidate is capable of having discussions, providing research-based advice, and recommending resources across our five practice areas of Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership & Succession, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s aggressive growth to $30+ million in recurring revenue during the next several years and supporting growth into new HR disciplines, vertical markets and geographies through strong member satisfaction and through expanding our reach within member organizations.

Preferred Location: Florida/Georgia, New York/Boston/Philadelphia, Chicago/Northern Mid-west region, and Texas. Our vision of support is based on regions so locating resources in these regions is preferred, but we are interested in any qualified candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones.
Provide members with assistance and guidance in leveraging research and other member resources to support organizational improvement efforts in HR, talent management, and learning
Cultivate long term relationships with assigned member organizations as a trusted partner
Respond to incoming emails and phone calls from members
Facilitate/conduct Scorecard debrief meetings with members
Gather information on member organizations through calls with member contacts as well as strategic account planning sessions with appropriate account executives and other Bersin colleagues
Based on member conversations, send personalized emails to members relating to current initiatives and goals – suggesting new research and webinar events, etc.
Facilitate new member orientations to acclimate users to Bersin’s website and other resources
Conduct strategic onboarding discussions with key contacts at each account to establish roles and responsibilities, gain understanding of new accounts, receive updates on organizational changes and kick off annual membership cycle
Maintain records and information in our customer database
Understand the full breadth of offerings and be able to identify member situations in which our products / services apply
Support sales initiatives through intelligence sharing and member support outreach
Provide insights and relevant input for internal projects and initiatives as well as guidance to Bersin colleagues based on knowledge gained through member interaction
Partner with account executives for ongoing interaction with key member contacts
Key Attributes of an Excellent Candidate
The right individual will have a strong culture of client support and service with a dedication to solving client problems. Also key is an understanding of HR, talent, and learning topics as well as business acumen and the ability to discuss these topics, uncover challenges, and devise solutions. Ability to prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple responsibilities is also important. Must be able to travel, anticipated travel is less than 50%. Ability / experience in working virtually.
Candidate Background Required
The right candidate must have 3-5 years background as a practitioner or consultant in the HR, Talent Management, and/or Learning & Development fields. An ideal candidate will have several years experience in a role such as HR generalist, instructional designer, performance consultant, or organizational development manager, and aspire to expand their experience and knowledge to move into solutions development or research development. Experience in customer service/support is preferred, but not required. We believe that the right individual will have a combination of experience, personality, and motivation to succeed.
