Enhance business development intake and set up process
Leverage resources across StrikeAd to ensure consistent delivery to external customers
Embrace client's business needs and successes
Determine strategy which maximizes solution offerings to strategic and
key clients
Support appropriate training and development for staff
Steer client satisfaction initiative which advocates for clients
internally and coordinates with other functions to implement client
systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs with the
goal to delight client
