Overview
Eventbrite is looking for a world-class Product Manager who can take ownership of the product lifecycle for new features. Reporting to the VP of Product, this position requires a self-starter who enjoys working with cross-functional and collaborative teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for online event management and ticketing
Responsibilities
Gather and prioritize product requirements for new feature development
Engage with customers and prospective customers to understand pain points and opportunities for product improvements
Work closely with key stakeholders to write PDRs and specifications
Participate in market sizing projects
Conduct detailed analyses of competitive offerings
Identify and track metrics for measuring success
Skills
Passionate for delighting customers and building emerging web technologies
Self-starter with proven track record of execution in product management
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact with and understand technology
Proven team leading experience across diverse groups of technical and non-technical members
A minimum of 2 years experience in Web-based product management; prior startup experience preferable
Education
BS degree in a technology-related field
