Work together with the CEO to grow our marketing budget from zero to a million dollar spend.
Complete creation and ownership of overall marketing strategy; drive positioning, messaging and AnyPerk brand identity.
Build lead generation and demand generation with an accompanying follow-up system.
Build and command AnyPerk’s Marketing Team
Run all our paid customer acquisition programs (directly and/or through third party firms that you select).
Own AdWords, split testing, designing and running ad campaigns. Track and analyze campaign data to proactively identify opportunities for optimization. Drive CPA improvement.
Manage advertising channel partners and affiliate marketing campaigns.
Identify, experiment with, and prioritize new advertising opportunities.
Oversee AnyPerk's PR and social media outlets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience
3-5 years of marketing leadership experience at a SaaS or B2B startup
Experience in running a marketing budget upwards of $100,000 (bonus for being in the millions)
Familiarity with re-targeting campaigns
In-depth knowledge of the online advertising process, especially paid search
Experience in evaluating, measuring, and reporting on strategic effectiveness and ROI for program efforts
Knowledge of affiliate style programs and pay-per-action programs
Any prior experience selling to HR teams in startups and larger companies
Held marketing position in 2 successful high-growth startups
