Are you an analytical and fast-thinking individual who loves dealing with numbers? Do you enjoy working in an international environment and want to be involved in worldwide rollouts? Then join our team and become part of our further success!
Responsibilities
You have the strategic and operational responsibility for our Payment activities and the lead of a small, specialized Payment team
You manage operations based on a set of Payment KPIs and report those regularly to the Senior Management
You are responsible for the evaluation of new E-commerce Payment methods and manage our risk exposure to Fraud
You will be in charge of conducting negotiations with our international Payment partners
You work closely with our Product team, specifying and quantifying Payment system upgrades
Experience
You have studied Business Administration/Management with a focus on Finance, or a related degree
You have 2+ years working experience within the Payment industry, e.g. at a Payment Service Provider, Acquirer, or in the Payment department of an E-Commerce; ideally you have already lead a small team
You have a very good understanding of E-commerce company payment and fraud prevention systems, and first working experience in dealing with complex and large datasets (analysis and presentation)
You have very good IT skills, above all, excellent MS-Excel knowledge; Macros and/or SQL queries skills is a plus
You are a highly devoted individual, a team player, as well a good communicator, and you possess a ‘can-do’ mindset
You have excellent English skills, German is a plus
