Head of Sales/Co-founder

Overview
Atlas is looking for a talented co-founder that will be in charge of selling our great products. Please note that initial compensation will only be in the form of equity.
Responsibilities
Heavy outbound sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses
Establish a consistent pipeline on a daily basis via lead generation
Identify clients’ needs and cultivate effective sales strategies via phone
Post launch, work with an Account Manager to ensure consistent value is delivered to the client and potential for up sell is realized
Contribute sales leadership through your experience and work ethic
Experience
Minimum 1-3 years experience making outbound calls to generate sales
Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling, closing sales over the phone
Must be proficient at conducting needs analysis
Ability to engage clients as you build relationships quickly and effectively
Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent in maintaining CRM data
Skills
Ability to negotiate and close deals
Bottom line you need to be sharp and know how to sell
Education
University degree or equivalent
Compensation
Early team members recieve a generous amount of equity depending on experience
