We are looking for a charismatic natural leader to join us and work with us as a Head of Sales Team (m/f) on ambitious challenges and sales targets.

Responsibilities
Supervising, managing and coaching our sales team to establish their productivity and assess their technical skills
Strategic and personal management of the inbound/outbound sales
Monitoring calls and sales goals in order meet our service and productivity standards
Handling and addressing escalated calls
Implementing, analyzing and optimizing processes and technology in order to consistently improve efficiency and accuracy
Maintaining current knowledge regarding best practices and developing improvement in performance
Definition and analyses of relevant KPIs and deduction of action steps
Experience
2+ years call center management experience & customer service experience
Skills
People person, role model
Motivation and drive to manage and motivate a team of 20+ sales agent
Oudstanding leadership skills, superior & interpersonal capabilities
Professional and trustworthy demeanor
Passionate about it startups and business processes
Love for startup environment with a variety of nationalities and cultures
Proven track record in quality and process optimization in the service sector
