Head of User Experience @ Mommin' (Founding Team)

at Mommin' in San Francisco, CA   —   Jul 09, 2014   |
We’re Inspiring Moms. At mommin’ we have a simple mission: empower moms everywhere to inspire and advise each other. Across the web there is endless inspiration and advice for moms. Mommin’ is the place save, share and discover the best of it. Mommin’ is visually immersive like Pinterest with transparent social content prioritization like Reddit.

Our team has experience in consumer digital strategy and start-ups and has won a Wharton Venture Award.
For Product, You’re Point. You assure the successful execution of cloudable’s mission by leading the design and development of the user experience. You bridge the gap between strategy and reality. You’ll be assisted by an experienced CTO who drives back-end architecture and development, and infrastructure decisions.
Experience developing beautiful, high performance web applications (a portfolio demonstrating UX experience is required; self directed projects are just fine, we love people who love to build on their own)
User experience design
Kill it in html, css, javascript/jquery, etc.
Exposure to rest of stack a plus (e.g. back end such as ruby or python– we use ruby on rails)
Most importantly: passionate about the product, self-motivated, and love to build
The Head of Product is a founding team role with founder equity. We are pre-funding, and therefore pre-cash compensation. We offer fun and meaningful work: an opportunity to join as an early and critical member of a team with experience and momentum. You’ll see everything, and play a critical role in it.
