Overview
Provide Service Desk customer support for DWD employees, County Partners, Inter-Agency customers, and the Public.
Ability to troubleshooting, diagnoses, analyze, research and resolve problems on the first call
Ability to use a Problem and Change software such as Tivoli.
Ability to work with application programmers, technicians, outside agencies
Ability to code and use Visio graphs, MS Excel, MS Word, on-call matrix or calling trees.
Ability to understand network configurations to evaluate and prevent system outages that impact customers
Ability to provide mainframe support for software and DWD applications. Working knowledge and experience with Host on Demand (HOD) software, WAMS login process and problem determination, TSO/ISPF commands, SDSF/JES and county partner IPS printer .
Ability to provide network support for software and DWD applications. Working knowledge and experience with TCP/IP, Firewalls, Network addressing, Cisco routers, Ethernet switches/hubs, Badger Net, IPS printers
Ability to authenticate customers, account recovery, and provide password reset
Ability to use Active Directory and Active Directory tools.
Ability to provide support for network operating systems such as Office 2003 and Windows 7
Experience in customer service to provide both internal/external professional support
