We are seeking a Human Resources Associate who manages our day-to-day departmental operations.
Responsibilities include supporting the Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth day-to-day departmental operations with key responsibilities to include composing & typing a variety of correspondence/communications such as letters, reports, memos which require exceptional skills in MS Word, and Excel. This position also assists in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, performing reference checks and verifications and participation in the coordinating of company events. In this role, you will be communicating with all levels of the organization and acting as the department's liaison to answer employee questions regarding polices and benefits.
Requirements include the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently. Must possess excellent follow-up and organizational skills as well as exceptional communication skills. 1-2 years previous experience as an Administrative Assistant. Human Resources experience is a plus.
HS Diploma required Bachelor's Degree preferred.
