Overview
Cultivated Solutions is searching for a Human Resources Intern. We are a company based in the Cambridge Innovation Center in Kendall Square of Cambridge MA.
Although this position will allow the candidate to work from home some days, the candidate will have to come to our office on days in which in-person interviews are scheduled.

Create job descriptions and advertisements
Determine the best places/methods to recruit potential candidates
Review applications to determine job candidate qualifications
Conduct phone interviews and in-person interviews

Superior written and verbal communications skills
Education
We are looking for someone who is a Junior or Senior year of a Bachelor of Business Administration. A specialization and/or strong career interest in Human Resources is a plus.
