Overview
Crisply is a game-changing software product that was launched by the product development team at Nine Summer this year. We are seeking an experienced and passionate software designer for the role of Information Architect and User Experience Designer.
Crisply is a startup. The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically and also roll-up their sleeves and execute crisply. We expect world class results. Crisply will grow rapidly in 2012 and we need a candidate who can scale along with the company. Crisply is based in Woodbridge, Connecticut and tele-commuting is possible for an exceptional candidate.

Nine Summer is a west-coast style software company based in Woodbridge, CT that works with both well established and start-up companies to create software-based products. Nine Summer's focus is on product development and not custom software applications. Our clients range from A&E Television Networks - where we developed the Ultimate History Quiz and Daily Candy where we help architect and build their current website platform (http://dailycandy.com). We are also partnering with a start-up named Crisply (http://crisply.com) to build a new SaaS product for the enterprise.
At Nine Summer our sole focus is engineering world class software products for our clients. We are not a staffing firm and we do not take on ordinary IT projects. Nine Summer's clients produce software products, web applications, mobile applications, or run e-businesses. Experience
Candidates should have extensive experience architecting and building world class user experiences along with experience with the following technologies:
HTML
Javascript
CSS
AJAX
Experience with B2B software and SaaS, and the following technologies would be a plus:
Linux
Ruby / Rails
MySQL
Agile development
1+ years of experience
Must be able to effectively communicate progress and ideas
Education
Bachelors degree in a related field
