As our Software Implementation Specialist-Trainer, you will be responsible for implementing and training our growing customer base on our stratustime application. Some of your duties would include the following:
Conduct multiple training sessions on the software suite with new clients (end users)
Implementation of hardware
Manage multiple projects from start to finish
Software tenant setup
Provide support to each account during implementation
Other minor duties might include product testing or technical projects
Some travel may be required (depending on client’s needs).
Must have prior Time & Attendance, Payroll or HR system experience in a training, implementation role. Experience implementing large scale database driven software systems (Example: Sales Force) in other industries will also considered.
Above average proficiency in MS windows based PC use
Previous technical application training either classroom style or on-line
Hands-on experience with online meeting software and web conferencing tools
Training certifications are a plus (but not required)
Ability to develop or enhance existing training programs
Organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong internal and external customer service skills
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems and make decisions with minimal supervision
Calm, patient demeanor
The ability to troubleshoot software and networking experience is desirable
College graduate preferred
