Airtime is looking to add an IT / Operations Technician to be the face of IT for our small but growing team. In this role you'll have a variety of responsibilities ranging from deploying and supporting desktop operating systems and applications, troubleshooting network and security issues, and addressing the various other IT and Operations needs of a growing startup.
Maintain user accounts for a variety of internal systems.
Install networking hardware (cables, telephones, and peripherals) and track IT assets.
Troubleshoot networking issues.
Configure Windows, UNIX and Macintosh development and test machines.
Handle relationships with hardware, software, and connectivity vendors.
Administrative knowledge of operating systems - preferably UNIX, with some familiarity of Windows, Mac OS X and other operating systems.
TCP/IP networking experience from the cables up
Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining different software packages
Quick and avid learner
CCNA or better and experience administrating Cisco routers
LDAP administration experience
Python or Ruby skills
