Job Title: Senior Business/Data Analyst
Location: Smithfield, RI

CLIENT AND/OR POSITION OVERVIEW
Business Analyst with retirement experience and strong data background
Responsibilities
Keys:
· Waterfall
· Strong Database Systems Experience
· Retirement/Rollover experience a huge plus (401k’s, IRA’s etc)
Skills
Skills needed:
· Needs experience working in a waterfall project methodology.
· Needs experience collecting/soliciting/elaborating and very importantly, writing business requirements for technology projects.
· Needs experience working with data and data aggregation systems, ideally custom / in-house built.
· Must have some familiarity with database systems and structures, particularly customer demographic data.
· Will be asked to drive/own/author the approved requirements list (ARL) and well as the Business Requirements Document (BRD)
· Domain is Rollover, so needs experience working with retirement/rollover
· Some experience with service model/workflow development also desirable (i.e. how the back office and front office interact with the technology solutions)
