This is a client-facing technical role. This person will be proficient with our suite of products so that they can efficiently use them to recommend and implement client solutions. You will be the "go to" person when someone has technical questions about how our products work.
This is a demanding role that requires exceptional leadership, client relationship management, project management, communication, and technical skills. We are looking for candidates that are truly passionate about servicing our clients on a daily basis.
This position holds a lot of potential career paths in the company. The last person in this role has transitioned to our software dev team and the company is sponsoring developer training courses. If your long term goal is to be a software developer, this could be a good way to achieve that goal.

Work directly with the client's business and technical personnel to understand and define and their requirements and configure our products accordingly.
Work with client's technical team to troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide integration guidance.
Make product and design recommendations based on learnings throughout customer engagement.
Effectively manage multiple projects to ensure delivery dates are met.
Coordinate with team to ensure proper coverage of project needs and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Development and maintenance of internal and client-facing documentation and knowledge base articles
Support the Sales team to advise potential clients and walk new clients through the set up process
Handle technical support requests that can't be addressed by our first tier support.
Minimum of 2 years work experience in technical role
Internet/online advertising industry experience is a plus
Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed client expectations at every opportunity
Attention to detail and absolute focus on quality of work
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Must be a good listener. Needs to understand the needs of the client to be able to suggest simple solutions
Ability to learn quickly. This position is expected to become an expert with our products and the supporting technology in a short amount of time
Strong Technical background including experience in a technical consulting role
A proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects
Outstanding problem solving skills and attention to detail. Must be able to think creatively about issues to find a resolution
Basic web design and layout skills
Knowledge of common web protocols (HTTP, FTP)
Experience using issue/case tracking systems
Excellent customer service, presentation and writing skills. Must be comfortable presenting to both business and technical client resources.
Bachelors degree. Ideally in Computer Sciences, MIS or Business Administration
