Axial is looking for a driven inbound marketer interested in helping build a rapidly growing business. You’d be a great fit at Axial if you act like an entrepreneur (scrappy, smart, efficient, self-directed) and want to contribute to the success of an organization serving the Entrepreneurial Economy. You know that marketing is critical to growing a business and care deeply about inbound marketing. You love Panda and Penguin because they just made the kind of marketing that you love to do that much stronger. You know the behavioral differences between LinkedIn Ads and Adwords. And you care deeply about what data can tell us about our marketing (and what it can’t).
You know more than anything that you want to work for a great company where you can take ownership of projects and see them all the way through to completion. You want a place where you do everything in marketing – from creating all your own campaigns (meaty reports, lighthearted snackable content, and everything in between), sending emails, setting up specific landing pages, reaching out to the press and people on Twitter and on and on.
About Marketing at Axial
We have a belief that good marketers don’t just understand one part of the job. We’re all full stack inbound marketers running our own campaigns from start to finish, accountable for production, distribution, measurement and results. We work with designers or drop into InDesign ourselves to finish up big content pieces, build out landing pages in WordPress, set up ad campaigns, manage lead nurturing processes in Eloqua and run analytics on our own campaigns. Owning the whole process makes us much better at what we do – and helps us all build the skills we need to be successful versatile marketers over the long run.
