Collective[i]’s inside sales team is responsible for generating new business and for renewals, cross-sells, and upsells. We are looking for self-starters who are articulate, engaging, and relentless in their quest to educate prospects on the benefits of the Collective[i] application. You will also have a proven track record of turning qualified leads into informed and happy customers as well as exceeding quotas through conference calls and online meetings. All account executives report directly to the VP of Sales.
3+ years consultative sales experience
Startup experience or prior knowledge of Business Intelligence technologies strongly preferred
Commitment to metrics and meeting/beating quotas
Comfortable receiving feedback and ability to adapt sales strategy as necessary
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to understand the numbers behind the deal
Articulate verbal and written communicator
Charisma, energy, and integrity
Bachelors degree (liberal arts preferred)
