Who You Are

You’re early in your sales career, ideally with 1+ year(s) of inside sales experience. You understand how to get the right people on the phone, can build relationships quickly, and have a proven record of exceeding performance goals. Your colleagues and manager(s) would describe you as outgoing, resilient, and fun to work with.
Responsibilities
Research prospective customers and locate decision-makers.
Cold call prospects to introduce ScrollMotion, establish preliminary relationship, and determine quality of leads.
Provide product demonstrations using popular web-based tools (i.e. WebEx).
Set appointments for outside sales executives on qualified leads.
Communicate key prospect information obtained from initial call to outside sales executives.
Consistently achieve key performance goals.
Experience
2-3 years of proven inside sales/telesales experience, ideally in technology or software-as-a-service (SAAS) field.
Working experience with Salesforce or another CRM solution.
Experience in high-volume cold call environment.
Experience providing online product demonstrations.
Proven experience communicating key information to outside sales team(s).
An established reputation as a top performer (exceeding quota) with high integrity.
Skills
Persistence and tact to navigate quickly and gracefully through any prospect-side barriers.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify prospects' pain points/opportunities.
Education
Bachelor's Degree
Compensation
Commensurate with experience.
