Overview
We are looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to turn potential leads into scheduled sales appointments by cold calling company-provided prospects.
The membership service we offer requires no down payments, and has no contractual obligations and no commitments, and we only get paid if our members increase their profits with our help, so the sales and appointment-setting process is very straightforward (no "hard" sells).

Responsibilities
You will be calling the best home remodeling service professionals throughout the Bay Area, and offering membership to the Atlas Certified Group.
You will only be responsible for scheduling appointments and not closing the actual sale. (If you are interested in both Inside and Outside Sales, please indicate that in your application).
You will receive company-provided prospects, which have already been screened to be a good fit for our service.
Experience
Previous sales experience of ANY kind is required.
Previous experience with cold-calling is strongly preferred.
Skills
Warm, friendly, positive phone voice and demeanor (this is a telephone-only sales job, after all).
Positive attitude.
No fear of rejection.
Education
High school required; college degree preferred.
Compensation
Commission will be paid for each appointment set (and a bonus for each appointment that turns into a paying member).
Although minimum base pay will be provided, we are not looking for people interested to "earn" the minimum base pay. Only those with an interest in and aptitude for cold-calling should apply.
