Overview
Techex is looking for Inside Sales Coordinators to join our business support team. This is a critical and varied role. You will be the face of our organisation to our customer and partners and a trusted ally to every other member of our team.
Responsibilities
Dealing with customer queries by phone/email
Sales order processing to the invoice stage
Purchase order processing to goods received stage
Monthly stock take, Loan Stock management
Packing (low volume extremely high value around 5-10 boxes in and out per day)
Shipping and courier liaison
Product returns processing
Website content management including price checking
Supporting both the sales and technical/support teams
Assisting the Operations Manager with any other duties required
Skills
Live and breathe customer service. Assist our customers over the phone, in person, via email or any other conceivable way you can and always do so in an enthusiastic and caring manner
Organise, plan, and prepare to no end

Education
Minimum of a bachelors degree in a science, finance or business subject.
