Both dental employers and job seekers create profiles on Dentahunters.com. Job seekers use their profile to post their resume, set job preferences and post photos. Dental employers use their profile to post employment opportunities, geographically find job seekers, ask job seekers to apply and also conduct their primary interview using our video technology called Dental Hunters Connect. All of these features are designed to grossly reduce hiring process costs, save chair time and increase profitability.

The responsibility of a Dental Hunters’ sales representative is to secure sales for Dental Hunters Connect (video interviewing software) to dental offices and dental recruiters.
Methods include, cold calls, emails, social medial outlets, and local business to business visits.
Must have an outgoing personality and be able to convince clients of the benefits of using Dental Hunters Connect.
Must have solid communication skills.
Must be a self starter, highly ambitious and able to work in a fun, young environment.
Able to create excel spreadsheets
20% commission plus bonuses and lunch.
