You are a sales rockstar who wants to be in a high-growth startup environment and thrives in a competitive landscape. You have the hunter mentality with a closer track record. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business from Mid-Market and Enterprise departments via phone and web presentation. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting to customers, and driving deals that solve the problems related to the Extended Workforce.

Identify and sell prospects on the Elance Private Talent Cloud value proposition
Forecast and manage your sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
Identify, target and get in front of relevant and decision makers at the mid-market and enterprise levels
Present and gather business objectives and requirements during consultative sales meetings with prospects and customers
Accurately track and record customer communications and activity in
Fully manage and drive the sales cycle
2-3 years’ experience selling software, SaaS or recurring revenue products & services
Successful track record of targeting and winning new business opportunities
An appetite to do more, faster, bigger, and better than others
High energy and the ability to establish trust and credibility with prospects and customers
Passion in your presentation skills
Ability to work well under pressure, solve problems and think on your feet
High aptitude for the Internet
Entrepreneurial spirit
Bachelor’s Degree - We love athletes, degrees from top caliber universities and/or people with impressive academic records
