We are searching for a relentless, high energy, and creative inside sales representative who wants to work closely with us to reinvent the FiveStars go-to-market strategy, processes, and expected results for inside sales.
This inside sales representative will conduct a high volume of calls with business owners daily to understand their business objectives and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
S/he will also play an integral role in testing new marketing channels, while providing valuable ideas for our current and future growth strategy.
Working directly with our marketing team, our inside sales representatives will be responsible for ‘cracking the code’ on inside sales, including finding ways to improve our pitch scripting, promotional offers, and automated tools that we use for inside sales.
Inside sales representatives should be able to identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of FiveStars' product and services.
Since this is a startup, thinking outside the box is a definite plus.
