We are looking for a talented designer/developer to join us at our fast paced, well-funded B2B startup in the online media space. Our clients are large media companies and major brands who use our Platform API and CMS Product to integrate high quality news and multimedia content into their websites and apps.
You will be involved in every aspect of product development, from initial brainstorming to user testing before and after launch. You will employ a wide range of skills across interaction design, visual design, prototyping and usability testing. You have a user-centric approach to design, prefer simple user interfaces and think high fidelity prototypes make the best product specifications.

Participate in the brainstorming of new user experiences
Design elegant and intuitive user flows and interactions for NewsCred’s suite of products
Run user tests, incorporating insights and feedback throughout the product development process
Contribute to strategic decisions with the product and executive teams
Own the design of NewsCred.com and drive the brand identify from a digital perspective
Provide design support to NewsCred’s marketing team—online, print, ad campaigns, etc.
Give and solicit feedback from our other designers with the aim of producing the highest quality work

Education
Academic background in Human Computer Interaction, Design or related field (or substantial relevant experience)
Compensation
90-110K plus bonus and equity
