Responsibilities
Iteratively design, prototype and specify core components of Workday’s innovative Web and Mobile user interface
Creatively apply the best user interface design ideas of the consumer web to business applications
Conceive of breakthrough user interactions
Discover, evaluate, and document interface design patterns and standards
Train and mentor others in design practices.
Experience
Talented in interaction design with 7 - 15 years experience
Experience designing wildly successful Web and Mobile applications
Creative thinker who can effectively communicate big ideas and also work out all the details
Excellent people skills – communicate easily with very technical developers, business leaders, and users
Solid understanding of Web technologies and an appetite for learning more
Functional knowledge of Human Resource and Financial Management is a plus
Education
MS in Human Computer Interaction or related discipline preferred.
