The role of Associate Interactive Developer is to ensure efficient, creative execution of our next generation rich media ads for our clients. This is a multi-faceted role that encompasses project management, resource management, support, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight timeframes.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build ads using our ad builder through a point-click interface
Build custom templates using our flash api (Intermediate Action Scripting skills)
Develop and manage training and information collateral for our products
Work closely with Account Management to consistently deliver high quality creatives
Experience
REQUIREMENTS
Strong project management skills
Experience in design, marketing, business management or equivalent
Understanding of and passion for rich media advertising
Intermediate Action Scripting skills
Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Word & Excel
Self-starter with strong project management skills
Excellent problems solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Great attention to detail and follow through
Ability to see the bigger picture with creative execution
Good understanding of analytics
Must have a great attitude and good communication skills
