You will be responsible for marketing and some social media efforts from a planning, implementation and analysis perspective. He/she will have solid understanding of how to drive consumer and business engagement within online social networks and the tools needed to do so. He/she will possess a strong interest in web technology and the digital marketing space. He/she will also need to help plan and execute social media campaigns and will be responsible for content creation, delivering regular analytics, and driving strong campaign engagement performance.

Responsibilities
You will utilize various social media outlets, such as Twitter, Facebook & Reddit, to build brand awareness and user adoption
Manage presence on social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed
Help build bi-weekly email newsletters
Discover new promotional outlets
Help to write and design marketing collateral and campaigns
Regularly share feedback and insights gained from social media monitoring with the team, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion. Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications
Ensure written copy is search engine optimized
Regularly conduct competitive research to ensure we’re matching/exceeding industry standards
Analyze results and optimize efforts based on findings
Experience
Networking know-how and a love for meeting new people. You’re a mature, polished communicator who can interact with existing users, as well as potential customers and vendors
Proven experience using social networking tools and platforms.
Excellent verbal and written skills. May ask for writing samples.
Absolutely solid values: honest, loyal, hard working, and sincere
Ability to work individually and in a team environment; must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Creative and innovative with high energy and enthusiasm for advanced social technologies. High energy and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
Must embrace accountability and display a sense of ownership over your work
Public relations, marketing, sales or community management experience a plus
A love for the restaurant/hospitality industry is a major plus
