Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grow sales velocity and revenue through strategic sales.
Build sales team including outside vendor team.
Sales reporting.
Work with channel partners to nurture opportunities to close.
Work with product management team to ensure product roadmap is consistent with prospect needs.
Conduct prospecting cold calls and demos.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience. Selling to online publishers preferred but not required.
It is a commission based role for 3 months. After that we pay generous base plus untapped commissions.
Our product is an easy sell - publishers are not required making any upfront investment. Every contract is a revenue sharing opportunity. myBantu absorbs all costs for customization and integration.

Skills
Demonstrated ability to build a sales team and sales processes.
Practitioner of effective and proven selling systems and techniques.
Metrics oriented outlook to sales.
Experience leading, managing and growing a small to mid-size sales team.
Strong understanding of online web-based technologies required.
Appreciation of an open, transparent and fun working culture.
