Overview
Our Internet Marketing Consultants leverage HubSpot's advanced software tools to drive value to clients. Our Inbound Marketing Platform enables customers to implement and optimize all elements of a healthy modern marketing program: natural search optimization, link building, paid search marketing, blogging, business analytics, lead conversion, etc. This position reports to the VP of Professional Services and is based in Cambridge, MA.

Responsibilities
Analyze client websites and business situations quickly and accurately drawing on HubSpot's tools and other sources
Manage a wide range of projects, including organic optimization, paid search marketing, blog implementation, link-building, etc. with no hand-holding
Provide guidance and thought leadership to a growing team of passionate search engine marketers
Develop insightful, thorough reommendations to improve technical, design, content, on-page and off-page optimization elements
Manage day-to-day client relationships through conference calls and presentations
Design and deliver training classes to various customer groups
Experience
Deep knowledge and interest in SEO, SEM, blogs, and business analytics
Strong understanding of search engine-friendly web design and ability to make critical design and technical recommendations
2+ years of internet marketing experience preferred
Experience working with small/medium businesses
Must have a proven track record of delivering results through ethical search engine optimization techniques
Desire to explain, teach, coach, and generally enable our customers to use our tools to achieve meaningful results for themselves over the long-term.
Excellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills are required
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources

BA or BS, ideally with emphasis in communications, marketing, advertising, computer science, or related field
