Java Web Application Engineer

OpenPeak is a leading mobility technology provider. OpenPeak designs end-to-end managed systems and solutions that enable Enterprises, SMBs, and Education, Healthcare and service providers to provision and manage their customer’s mobile devices and applications remotely.

We are currently looking to hire full-time, LOCAL South FL candidates only.
Requires experience with full Application Lifecycle Management. Candidates will be expected to realize software designs from high-level requirements, implement solutions based on those designs, integrate those solutions into existing products and mentor a team of developers that will assist in the process.
 Java Web Application Development: 8+ years
 Java based web application server: Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic, Glassfish, etc.: 6+ years
 Asynchronous Message Queuing: ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, etc.: 4+ years
 Experience with distributed or high availability web application development: 4+ years
 Development with sql databases, relational data modeling: 6+ years
 Experience with an ORM technology (iBatis, Hibernate or JPA): 6+ years
 SOA, particularly around asynchronous messaging and enterprise integration patterns: 4+ years
 Source control management - ClearCase, SVN, GIT, etc.: 6+ years
 Continuous build and integration tools: 2+ years
 Unix/Linux environment: 6+ years
 Frameworks: Spring, SpringMVC, JAXB, ActiveMQ and Camel
 Maven
 IDE: Eclipse, Idea or NetBeans
 Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle
 Memcached or CouchBase
 Reporting framework: Pentaho, Jasper
CS degree preferred
TBD - depending on experience
