Description
JR. JAVA DEVELOPER

Location: Tucson, AZ

Duration: 6 months

Requirements
Selected Responsibilities

i. Define and document requirements and develop workable application solutions to business problems

ii. Design, develop, upgrade, test, implement, and document software components of client applications

iii. Work independently and/or within teams throughout all phases of the development lifecycle

iv. Collaborate with end-users and systems analysts to determine features, requirements and solution design

v. Develop enhancements to the current suite of applications using modern software principles

vi. Document technical specifications and designs

vii. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues as needed



Qualifications

i. BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience

ii. 3-5 years of experience developing code and acting as a key contributor on project teams

iii. Advanced proficiency in Java and J2EE application servers and web technologies

iv. Advanced proficiency in JSP programming and Java servlets

v. Knowledge of other software tools, platforms, and processes such as C/C++, .NET, ColdFusion, Flex, SOA, or other OOA/OOD languages

vi. Experience working with Oracle DB & MS SQL DB

vii. Advanced proficiency in analysis, leadership, and communication skills (written and oral)
